Delete your Kinetic Forge account.

1. Go to Sign in and sign in with your email and password. If you have forgotten your password, choose Forgot password? on that page.
2. Open More, then Settings.
3. Open Privacy and security.
4. Press Delete account, then Delete permanently.

Open More, then Settings, then Privacy and security, and press Delete account.

Write to jchanny30@gmail.com from the email address on your account and say you want your account deleted. We will delete it within 30 days and write back to confirm.

Everything in your account:

• your profile: name, email, phone number, date of birth and profile photo
• every workout you logged, every set, and your personal records
• which programs you were on, your training schedule and your goals
• your measurements, check-ins and wellbeing answers
• your food log and nutrition targets
• your messages with Delan, and your weekly summaries
• every progress photo and form-review video, removed from storage, not just hidden
• the alert token for your phone, so no more alerts are sent to it

It happens straight away and cannot be undone. We cannot get any of it back for you afterwards.

Nothing from your account. The app holds no payment records, because billing is arranged with Delan directly. If you applied to Delan before you became a client, that application is kept separately so there is a record of it; ask and we will delete it too.

The privacy policy says what the app holds and who can see it.
