Everything you might want to know before applying — the program, the coaching, the app, billing, and what to expect.
Delan reads every application himself, within 72 hours. If he says yes, you get an email with a link to set your password, and that link is how you get into the app. If he says no, nothing arrives. Either way you don't need to do anything else in the meantime, and nothing is charged while he's reading.
No, and you don't need any training experience either. The program starts from wherever you are today, including from a standing start after years off. The early weeks are built to give you the base to push harder later, so showing up matters more than what you can lift on day one.
Bronze is $199 a month, Silver is $299 and Gold is $499. Every plan includes a custom program, nutrition targets and a written check-in every week, with your program and workout log in the Kinetic Forge app. Silver adds messaging Delan any day, with answers within 24 hours on weekdays, and form-check videos. Gold adds same-day answers seven days a week, a monthly video call and check-ins twice a week. The full breakdown is on the pricing section of the home page.
Open it in your phone's browser and sign in. Every screen is built for a phone first, so the training schedule, logging a set, your check-in and the guide are all made to be used one-handed in a gym. Add it to your home screen and it opens like any other app. It works the same on a laptop if you'd rather plan your week on a bigger screen.
A program built around your body, schedule, training history and equipment, not a template. Ongoing oversight from Delan: written feedback every week, and program changes as you progress (how often depends on your plan). The app carries the rest: your training schedule day by day, workout logging, personal records detected as you log, your estimated max lift over time, weight and measurement trends, progress photos, nutrition targets Delan sets for you, and the 135-page training guide.
Either. Your program is built around the equipment you actually have. Full commercial gym, garage with a rack and a bar, or a few adjustable dumbbells: the programming is written to fit what you can reach, so the work still moves you forward.
Your intake covers how long you've trained, injuries and movement limitations, equipment access, how well you recover, and what your week actually looks like. Delan writes the program from that, and rewrites it when you miss sessions, plateau, or your schedule shifts. A person makes those calls, not an algorithm.
It holds your session open while you work through it, saves each set as you enter it, and picks up where you left off if you close it or switch devices. It flags a personal record the moment you log one, keeps a running estimate of your max on the main lifts, and gives you Delan's technique cues on all 193 exercises without leaving the set you're on.
Every week on every plan, twice a week on Gold, each with a real written response from Delan rather than a templated reply. On Silver and Gold you can message him any day, so when something comes up mid-week (a tweaked knee, a missed session, a question about food) you don't have to wait for the next check-in. On Bronze, messages are answered with your weekly check-in.
Say so in your check-in and Delan works it into the next block. Travel weeks, light weeks and unexpected gaps are normal and he plans around them. What you do across six months matters more than any one missed week, and the program is structured so a few off days don't unwind everything.
Billing is arranged directly with Delan. When he accepts your application he tells you the amount and how to pay it; there is no payment screen in the app and it never stores your card details. No hidden tiers and no surprise charges.
Yes. There are no lock-in contracts. Tell Delan you're stopping and that's it, so there's no cancellation screen to hunt for in the app.
Most people feel a difference in the first few weeks: better energy, better recovery, lifts moving up. Visible change in the mirror typically lands in the three to six month window, depending on where you're starting and how consistent you can be with the work.
Still have a question?
The last step of the application has a box for it. Delan reads every application himself and answers your question when he replies.
